Pre-approval
Get a pre-approval on your mortgage with a mortgage pro. See our contractor list for our client favorites. This will help establish your budget and get a pre-approval letter. We recommend getting the highest pre-approval even if you will spend less to show you re well qualirifeid.
Showings
Once we have established a game plan, timing and specifications, we will show you curated lists of homes that meet your specifications. You will also get new listings emails for homes meeting your critieria. We will see as any homes as required until you find the one that meets your needs.

We actively monitor every step of the process through our SMART BUYER PORTAL. We will provide calendar notices of critical dates and remind you of specific actions to be taken from beginning to end to ensure a successful close.

For closing, we go through all the numbers on the HUD 1 closing document to ensure you understand prior to closing. The escrow agent per contract will explain all forms to be signed during close. If there are any questions, call us immediately so we can help navigate through any issues.
